CS:GO has updated all the cards. Soon expected to transition to the new engine
Version key maps Counter-Strike: Global Offensive received an update in the Steam Workshop. Valve announced about the patches, but in the community believe that the updates can be associated with the transition of shooter on a new engine Source 2.
The updates got Vertigo, Dust2, Train, Mirage, Overpass, Office, Inferno, Chlorine and Anubis. What has changed on the maps is unknown.
At the end of March the new Tyler Macvicar (Valve News Network) stated that CS:GO will switch to Source 2 in the coming months. This same engine used in Dota 2 and Half-Life: Alyx. The current version of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive made on the previous version’S Source.
Earlier it was reported that in 2021 CS:GO can bypass the popularity of Dota 2.
