For the last day in the UK from coronavirus infection has died 351 people (13 morethan the day before). This is evidenced by the country’s Ministry of health, published in Twitter.
Thus, the total amount associated with COVID-19 deaths have reached 36 393. The United Kingdom now ranks first in Europe and second in the world (after the USA).
Since the beginning of the epidemic coronavirus infection was detected in 254 195 people (3287 – for the last day). How many of them recovered, is unknown: these statistics the UK Department of health does not publish.
As of 9am on 22 May, there have been 3,231,921 tests with 140,497 tests on 21 May.
2,144,626 people have been tested of which 254,195 tested positive.
