The Boring Company Ilona Mask completed the second tunnel under the Convention center of Las Vegas. About it reported a press-service of the company on Twitter.
In the tunnel are planning to launch a superfast underground system LVCC Loop to transport visitors center. The construction of the tunnels began in September 2019, they combine the new and the old part of the building of the center LVCC. The length of the two tunnels is about 3 km.
The company also plans to build stations — one in both ends of the tunnel and one in the middle, where people will be able to expect transport. An underground tunnel will be the first commercial project The Boring Company.
The construction cost of the tunnels is estimated at $52.5 million the Launch is scheduled for January 2021.
