CNN poll: Biden is ahead of trump’s 14 points

A new poll commissioned by the TV channel CNNshowed that amid protests in the U.S. the approval rating of US President Donald trump has dropped seven points compared to the previous month.

Overall, 38% approve of trump as President, 57 percent disapprove. This is the worst rating of the incumbent President from January 2019.

With regard to the presidential race, trump is now 14 percentage points behind his rival, ex-Vice-President of the USA Joe Biden – now trump supports 41% of the respondents, his opponent is Democrat – 55%.

Biden is maintained at about 91% of the black population of the United States. Moreover, his voters believe that he would have coped with the epidemic coronavirus better trump. The only thing the current President bypasses Biden, the respondents believe that the management of the economy Trump manages better than his opponent in case of victory.

The US presidential election to be held in November 2020. Main opponents will be Biden, nominated by Democrats, and trump, representing the Republican party.
