China has begun clinical studies of vaccines to prevent coronavirus

Chinese regulators have approved the conduct of clinical trials of two experimental vaccines to prevent coronavirus infections, reports Reuters.

The vaccine was developed by Sinovac Biotech and Wuhan Institute of Biological Products. Permission was granted to conduct the first and second phases of clinical trials.

Only in China at the stage of clinical trials is already three vaccines: permission to test the first of these was received in March. This vaccine was developed by specialists of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences and Bio CanSino.
