FIFA may open the third transfer window for transfer of players due to pandemic COVID-19. The international Federation wants to take flexible decisions in relation to the timing of transfer Windows.

James Kitching, one of the Directors of FIFA on the German channel ARD Sportschau said, “We will be able to see the opening of the third transfer window”.

FIFA wants to adapt the periods of transfer Windows in the football calendar. They may move if interrupted now the season will last longer than expected. Now there are two transfer periods: one in summer, another in winter.
