Became known the date of the tennis tournament in new York
Association the United States tennis (USTA) has published the calendar of competitions on the courts of tennis center Billie Jean king.
From 20 August to 13 September in new York will be played two major tournament: Western & Southern Open (moved from Cincinnati) and the US Open. Note that the U.S. Open will be held without qualification.
Dates of competitions:
Western & Southern Open (an ATP Masters 1000 and WTA Premier 5)
Qualifications: 20-21 August
Main draw: August 22-28
US Open
Main draw: August 31 – September 13
