Tonight on the YouTube channel “Dmitry Gordon” released an interview with a journalist from the Russian works, the opposition Egor Zhukov.
The program was recorded at the end of may via Skype.
During an interview Zhukov said about his family, opposition protests in Russia, his arrest and stay in jail, the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, of the Donbass, the Crimea and Ukraine’s President Vladimir Zelensky.
“Yes, I want to become President of Russia. In the Russian Federation can be elected with only 35 years, so I have 14 years ahead at least,” – said Zhukov.

Zhukov was born in 1998 in Moscow. A student of the Higher school of Economics. 2017 leads a political vlog on YouTube (previously the channel was called “Blog Zhukov” was subsequently renamed “the Command of Zhukov”).
Became famous in 2019, when they announced their participation in the elections to the Moscow city Duma together with the team of Dmitry Gudkov. It later withdrew the candidacy, as they have not managed to collect necessary number of signatures.
After protests July 27, 2019, on which the opposition demanded to hold in Moscow fair elections, Zhukov was detained. For the month the student was unable to press charges, so the charges of “rioting” was closed, but opened another for the videos in YouTube. He was accused of “public calls to extremist activities”.
In December 2019 Zhukov was sentenced to three years of imprisonment conditionally and for two years have forbidden to administer sites on the Internet. The student pleaded not guilty and called the prosecution politically motivated.
