87% of Russian pharmacies are willing to let go of branded medicines under preferential recipes
CBT, the operator of the marking system of drugs (MDLP), reports that 87% of Russian pharmacies, issuing free medicines to the beneficiaries by the state, connected to the marking system and are ready to take and give branded drugs according to the rules.
One hundred percent of the preferential connection of pharmacies to the system MDLP reached in 34 of the 85 regions of the Russian Federation. In 40 regions joined the scheme from 72% to 97% of pharmacies.
From regions with absolute connection the leaders were — the Orenburg region, where there are 74 points of delivery of preferential medicines, Republic of Bashkortostan, 59 points of delivery, and Saint Petersburg with 47 pharmacy.
Most of the points of delivery of preferential medicines works in Moscow, Russia (326), Nizhny Novgorod (200) and Sverdlovsk regions (132). In these regions, the level of connectivity of preferential pharmacies to MDLP was 88%, 91% and 90%, respectively.
December 31, signed the Government Decree No. 1954, determines the order of introducing mandatory labelling of all medicines. From 1 July 2020. manufacturers and importers must affix a digital code on each package, and all participants of turnover are obliged to transmit data on movement of marked drugs to the marking system. Products produced before July 1, 2020, allowed for the storage, transportation, disposal and transfer without labeling to the expiration date.
