Former head coach of Shakhtar Mircea Lucescu in the near future may again return to active work.
According to reports of the Romanian press, the 74-year-old currently seriously considering two proposals. One was from the Swiss “Sion”, and the second is from an unnamed team from an Arab country.
Lucescu himself neither confirmed nor denied such a possibility.
“I do not confirm nor deny this information. I’m not able to go lately because of the quarantine. Now he was pokable, so we’ll see. While I was in Bucharest, walking and enjoy life,” – said Lucescu.
The latest work of Mircea Lucescu was Turkey, where he was dismissed in 2019.
